This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Electric Solution’s website and our apps for iPhone, iPad and any other devices and platforms.
Information we collect
Electric Solutions is dedicated to preserving the privacy of its customers and guests. As such, we do not collect any personal information through our website or iPhone/iPad applications.
The Boost Charger application collects two non-personal sets of information:

Test Results – These results are only collected and stored on the physical test device at your location. These test results are never transmitted to any server or other location.

.5 seconds of alternator voltage readings – A half second of alternator voltage readings are collected during a normal test on a tractor. These readings are transmitted to a server for further processing. No personal or identifying information is sent with them. As such, these voltage readings are effectively anonymous.
Information usage
We use the .5 seconds of alternator voltage readings to improve Boost charger ability to identify alternator failure conditions along with gauging the engine’s RPMs. These voltage readings do not have any identifying information and are thereby unassociated with any customer or tractor. We do not share this voltage information with outside parties.
Security
We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. The safest security measure we employ is to not collect your private information.
Accessing, changing, or deleting information
No personal information is collected, so there is no need for accessing, changing, or deleting this information.
The alternator voltage readings are unassociated with any customer or tractor. There is no way of identifying them for the purpose of changing or deleting the information.
Third-party links and content
There are no third-party links or content included in the Boost Charger application.

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

By using Booster Charger and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
